About Mrs. Sylvia Roelofs
Sylvia J.M. Roelofs (b. 1957) is Managing Director of ICT~Office.
Ms Roelofs completed her grammar school education (gymnasium) at Canisiuscollege in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, before earning her degree in Dutch Law at Catholic University Nijmegen (currently Radboud University Nijmegen). After having practiced law for seven years she was ready for a career change in 1991, and through Van Spaendock Secretariaten en Directievoering in the Hague she was assigned to several management positions and additional roles. While working in these positions, she came into contact with FENIT, a professional organisation of Dutch IT companies, of which she became director on 1 February 1995. Between 2001 and 2005, Ms Roelofs headed Nederland~ICT, which later became ICT~Office.
